Prickxel ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Signature Export Adobe Photoshop Plugin. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our plugin.

• Account Information: We collect your email address and password to create and authenticate your account. This authentication is managed via Google Firebase.
• Image Data: When you use the "Export Signed Version" or "Verify Signature" features, the image data is temporarily transmitted to our processing servers to apply or check the digital signature.
• Device Information: We may collect basic information about your Photoshop version to ensure compatibility.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Verify your identity so only you can sign your images.
• Process the cryptographic embedding (watermarking) of your images.
• Verify the authenticity of signed images upon request.

No Marketing Use: We explicitly do not use your images, personal information, or metadata for marketing purposes, advertising, or promotional campaigns. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Images: We do not permanently store the images you upload for signing or verification. Images are processed in memory on our secure servers (hosted on Hugging Face Spaces) and are discarded immediately after the operation is complete.

Credentials: Your passwords are securely handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We do not store your password in plain text on our own servers.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the plugin:

• Google Firebase: For user authentication and identity management.
• Hugging Face: For cloud computing and API hosting.

6. Your Data Rights

You have full control over your personal data. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information stored in our systems (such as your account email or authentication records).
